In the recent Jangho Board Conference chaired by Chairman of Jangho Group the proposal relating to Sundart ‘s floatation onto Hong Kong Stock Exchange Market has passed.
 
Sundart, as an overseas company with its 100% shares held by Jangho, is engaged in interior decoration in Hong Kong and Maca. After being listed in Hongkong stock, Sundart has issued more than 25% shares, the capital raised through the shares shall be applied to market exploitation and operation for interior decoration business, as well as other purposes assigned by the Board. 

Curtain wall, interior decoration, and decorative design have composed the core business of Jangho Group; Gangyuan Architectural Decoration with shares taken by Jangho, focuses on interior design in domestic area of China, whilst, Sundart undertakes the interior decoration for Hongkong and Macau as well as overseas project, the two organizations differentiate in market occupation and client selection, and shall not have competition after Sundart’s being listed in overseas stock market.
 
Sundart’s floatation on overseas stock exchange market shall not influence the other core business within Jangho Group. it has contributed to construction of overseas capital platform and the fast development of interior decoration business in Hong Kong, Macau, as well as other countries, thus enabling the group to save resources onto other business sectors, therefore Sundart’s successful floatation onto overseas stock exchange market has strongly promoted the company strategy , further strengthened competiveness and accelerated sustainable development.
