Jangho Hong Kong Curtain Wall Company Limited, the subsidiary which is wholly-owned by Jangho Group Company Limited, signed a share purchasing agreement with Rykadan Capital Limited (Hongkong listed company) on December 2^nd 2014, according to the agreement, Jangho Hong Kong shall purchase 15% shares of Sundart held by Rykadan Capital Limited, with the other 85 % shares taken from Sundart on June 26^th 2012, Jangho Group Company Limited has achieved the full-ownership of Sundart.
 
Sundart, an interior decoration under in Jangho Group is engaged on interior decoration for large-sized hotels, luxurious indoor fit-out and design.
Jangho Group Company Ltd has developed well after the takeover of Sundart, after purchasing the balanced 15% share, Jangho has achieved 100% share holding of Sundart, which provides driving forec for further development.
